Simply some advice: Typically a sign rider, printed front and back, at a cost of approximately $5.00 from a sign company (depending upon the quantity that you purchase) will work well. You can hang the sign rider either above or below your existing signs.

You should display your toll free number and the property extension number on your sign riders.

Your property extension numbers are sequenced as follows:

1004, etc.

You may pre-print each sign rider, or purchase peel-and-stick number decals to change the extension numbers if you desire. Of course, you can re-use your signs (and re-record your audio tours) for new listings as you sell each house.
